NFL has been a popular sport in America and even in other counties. Comparing with NBA, NFL is less popular, Basketball is has been widely accepted by most sports fans. As for American football, it has not been accepted by sports fans. Some playing rules and skills have not been known to people. So, how can guys enjoy watching the game if they can not understand it? Well, I just believe that if American football can be accepted by more and more sports guys, NFL is bound to be hot in the near future. NFL is not just a community where excellent players gather, it is like a small society in which place gossips, celebrities life are cared about. It seems to be a cinema where NFL guys come to enjoy watching their performance. At meantime, NFL Jerseys of these NFL fans is also a popular topic among guys.  It is so common that guys tend to care more about the team they like and they can be called hardcore NFL fans. What they want to know is about the game results. The reason they care more about this is for fun. Well, there are some guys who focus on NFL games. They have a special aim. They want to foresee who is the next winner and it has something relations with their business. Up to now, do you know who they are? They are NFL Jerseys businessmen. To sell more and more jerseys is what they dream of. They are smart guys in a way. It is common that jerseys of the winner team become hot when a game is over. So, if they can foresee which team is the next winner and buy jerseys of the team, they are goanna selling many jerseys at lower price when the result is what they have expected.  It needs them to know every proceeding of the playoff. In a way, it is not easy to make a successful foreseeing. So, they would spend more time in watching the game and analyze the game. See, not all NFL fans are hardcore fans. Some of them are for business.

The point is since there are so many jersey shops online; it is really competitive to survive in the big market. It is not difficult to open an online jersey shop. The point lies in how to run it successfully. Jerseys are kind of seasonal stuff. When it is in the season time when many NFL playoffs are on, jerseys tend to become hot. Take the 2010 Super Bowl for example, many fans flood to buy Super Bowl Jerseys before and after the big event. So, at that time, jerseys are so popular especially the Saints, Super Bowl winner. In a way, luckiness has played an important role in the jerseys market. If one team wins, the team jerseys must be hot immediately. If one player has showed his wonder performance, then, his jersey must be a hit soon. So, in a way, jersey business is like gambling. Once you have guessed right, you can make big success in selling jerseys. Think about that: If you have predicted that the Saints must win, then buy many Saints jerseys and store them in advance. When the big event opens, you just sell them at high price. See, how much money have you made? Only if you know every detail of each team, each player, can you make a right guess who is goanna be the winner. So, guys, please care much more about the NFL as well the related information.

how to care for your lovely jersey

Posted by wuqiongfei | 23 Apr, 2010, 02:09
We tend to think only human beings, animals, plants have life. Factually, even clothes and shoes have life. If you treat them well, they are goanna “live” longer, if not, they may “die” quickly. Take jerseys for example: it is know that jerseys may turn to old if they are worn for some time. Their color may fades, the material may turns to thinner. It is natural that these changes happen. Think about it: the sunlight and rain may take in the color. When you wash it, the wash power may ruins the material. So, these conditions are what that you can not change. For NFL fans, it may cost you much money to buy an authentic NFL Jersey. So, if you do not care much about it, it may turn to old quickly. I bet you don’t want to see it fading or something like that. Well, I just summarize some tips for you to prevent your favorite NFL Jersey from turning old quickly.  Firstly, do not wash it with too much wash power. If it is dirty, use some mild wash power which has no little influence on jersey’s color. Secondly, don’t use wash machine, for when it is swirling in the machine, the material tend to turn old easily and quickly. You’d better wash it with your hand. The most primitive washing method maybe is the best way. Thirdly, never put your lively jersey in the strong light for it is the top one killer to fade color. Well, guys, have you put these tips down? Trust me; they must be useful for you to preserve your love NFL Jerseys.

If you are NFL fans, you must care much about it as well as NFL Jerseys. It is common that you guys tend to buy NFL Jerseys of their favorite fans. Well, if you like one NFL player, you must want to buy more than one of his Jerseys. If you like more than one NFL player and you want own their jerseys, you must have to spend much money to buy them. Guys, do you want to buy many jerseys with a little money? Well, let me give you some tips: Firstly, choose an ideal online jersey shop; secondly, pay more attention to their sales promoting. Generally, there is always some seasonal promoting in some online shop. During that time, jerseys are relatively cheap. It is a golden opportunity for you to buy some NFL stuff there. Trust me; you are goanna get some surprises. The third tip is to care much more about the information of NFL and NFL players. Take Roethlisberger’s case for example: since his case of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old college student happens, his image is ruined and his jerseys are difficult to sell in his hometown. Naturally, the price of his jerseys is relatively lower. So, if you buy some of his jerseys now, then sell them later in the future when Roethlisberger has got his fame back. I bet you can make much money. See, this is skill. It can help you make money.

An interesting blind date

Posted by wuqiongfei | 23 Apr, 2010, 00:55
A few days ago, I just went meet a guy by blind date. In fact, it is not my first time to experience such kind of thing. It is my forth time to do blind date. I can say why I have to get my price charming by blind date. He is introduced to me by one of my friends. They worked in the same company before. At the first days, we have being chatting online. It seems we have much to share. We like kidding with each other. I just find he is humorous and whether he is my type or not remains unknown.  After one week chatting online, I know that he is an NFL fan and he has bought many NFL Jerseys. He has established a team with his friends. And he has collected too much information about NFL as well as NFL Jerseys. He even buys wholesale NFL Jerseys for his friends for it is relatively cheap in a way. Recently, he has collected some throwback NFL Jerseys. He said their value may rise in near future. So, it is smart of him to do that.  Anyway, it is not realistic to make friends online. So, after a few days, he suggested we meet in some place. I also feel it is time to show our faces. We made it on a Saturday in a bus stop. You know what, in order to date with him; I bought a pair of high heels in 10 minutes. It is too hash and I have no enough time to make some preparations. Well, I think outside is not the most important thing, and I just went to meet him with no make-ups, wearing my new high heels. When we met at the stop, he smiled and I did the same. Then, he said: “how about going for lunch?” “Ok,” said me. It seemed we have been old friends for a long time. I never felt nervous and it was the same with him. During the lunch, we talked, chatting and kidding. And some of his classic jokes really make me burst into laughers. I felt it was so quick when we finished the lunch. Then, he took me to his university where it was near the restaurant we were staying. His university was so small and it just took us a few minutes to get through it.  The next place we went was a park. I t was a big park. Because I have being waking for long time and the high heels are new, my feet hurt heavily that I can not walk any more. Lastly, I was hold by him and went to buy sports shoes. You can imagine how embarrassing it was. Even though we have talked before, it was not proper to be hold by him in such situation. But, I have no choice. I just crippled by his side. Oh, gosh, it was not like a blind date, it was even a disaster for me and him. After I bought and worn the new shoes, I felt I was myself again. I am shortsighted, but I have no pair of glasses for I hate wearing glasses. Well, you know what; he invited me to the cinema for a movie. Can I say no? Without glasses, I can not watch a movie clearly. So, he just escorted me to buy glasses. Then, we came to a place for snacks. When finishing eating and going out of the place, he asked “where are your high heels?” I just dashed back for looking for my high heels. But I failed to find them. I felt they must be lost and really worried. Then, a lady helped me finding them. Oh, it was really an exciting day. When sitting in the cinema, he said “The film part is the most normal one”. Yeah, he is totally right. How an special blind date it isWell, even though I made so many troubles, he decided to go on chatting with me.

Vikings has signed veteran Lito Sheppard

Posted by wuqiongfei | 22 Apr, 2010, 04:10
It is smart of the Minnesota Vikings to have signed cornerback Lito Sheppard, shoring up their secondary while Cedric Griffin recovers from surgery on his left knee. Sheppard is a potential NFL player who, I bet will bring Vikings many surprises. Playing skills and potentials are what that can conquer every NFL team. I believe what Vikings values is the Sheppard’s qualities and his skills in playing. Hope Lito will bring them some surprises. Sheppard’s deal was done on Wednesday, bringing a nine-year veteran and two-time Pro Bowl pick to a group of cornerbacks including starters Griffin and Antoine Winfield and backups Benny Sapp and Asher Allen. Griffin got hurt in the NFC championship game and might not be ready for the start of the season.Sheppard played seven seasons with NFL Philadelphia, the first four while Vikings head coach Brad Childress was the Eagles’ offensive coordinator. Taken in the first round by the Eagles in 2002 out of Florida, Sheppard had a career-high six interceptions in 2006. He has gone to the playoffs in six of his eight seasons. It seems he is a great NFL player. “Lito is a great guy who fits what we are looking for,” Childress said. “He’s the type of person and player we value at the cornerback position.” There must be something dazzling in Lito, otherwise, Childress will not want to take him in. He must appreciate Lito, and want him to take an important and special position. Sheppard was let go by the New York Jets last month after one disappointing, injury-impacted season with the team. The Jets acquired him in a trade, but he started only nine games and was benched for the AFC championship game. It must be Sheppard’s disappointing injury that makes NFL Jets decide to let him go. In a way, the team is so realistic. No matter what happens, the player has done some contributions to the team he stays. But they just released him due to his disappointing injury.  Sheppard was bothered by quadriceps injuries and finished with 31 tackles, one interception and eight passes defended in 11 regular-season games.Still, Sheppard has made big plays. He has returned three of his 19 career interceptions for touchdowns and was the first player in NFL history with two such returns of more than 100 yards. I believe he is an excellent player and he is goanna having a wonderful performance in his next team. It maybe a loss for NFL Jets to lose such an excellent player, and it is Minnesota Vikings’ luckiness to get him playing for them.

why does he want to keep the Rams?

Posted by wuqiongfei | 22 Apr, 2010, 03:30
Billionaire Stan Kroenke says he wants to keep the Rams in St. Louis. Kroenke, who lives in Columbia, Mo., also owns the NBA’s Denver Nuggets and the NHL’s Colorado Avalanche. Why does he like to buy some team? Why does he want to buy the 60% stake of the Rams? The St. Louis Rams are a professional American football team based in St. Louis, Missouri. They are currently members of the Western Division of the National Football Conference (NFC) in NFL. The team has won three NFL Championships, including one Super Bowl.Kroenke told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that he will do “everything” he can to keep the Rams in his home state of Missouri. The comments, published Wednesday, are his first since announcing he wants to buy the 60 percent of the team he doesn’t yet own. We can feel that he has made his decision to get Rams in his home state of Missouri. Maybe the reason is due to hometown affection. He wants the Rams belongs to his hometown. Thus, his town fellows as well he may be proud of owning the Rams. Illinois businessman Shahid Khan is also bidding for the 60 percent stake in the Rams. Kroenke declined to comment on details of his bid and he has not returned repeated calls from The Associated Press. It seems not easy to get the Rams for there is another guy who is also bidding for the 60 percent stake in the Rams. I think the rest is to compete for money between the two guys. The team’s majority owner and chairman, Chip Rosenbloom, told the Post-Dispatch there’s no reason to believe Kroenke isn’t committed to keeping the team in St. Louis.Rosenbloom said in an e-mail to the AP that he couldn’t comment on details of the sales process. Well, now that nobody is willing to make comment on details of the sales process. What we can do is to wait for the result. The day when the result is released is bound to arrive.

the team is so smart

Posted by wuqiongfei | 22 Apr, 2010, 02:48
When Roethlisberger’s case is just over, another similar case happens. It is about NFL Colts’ player, Eric Foster, who is accused of sexually assaulted a 22-year-old hotel receptionist. Well, no matter what the hell the truth is, Indianapolis Colts has started to protect his player. NFL Colts President Bill Polian says the team will not discipline defensive tackle Eric Foster, who faces a sexual assault lawsuit. The lawsuit has appeared, but, the team decided not to punish its player. It is kind of protection as well denial of the case. See, if the team disciplines its player the minute the lawsuit comes out. It is a silent recognition that his player has done something immoral. A 22-year-old hotel receptionist is suing Foster, claiming that he sexually assaulted her in his room at an Indianapolis hotel before the AFC Championship game Jan. 24. Polian said Wednesday that the team has no reason to discipline Foster because police investigated the incident and prosecutors later decided not to file charges. Polian is so smart that he put police’s investigation as well as prosecutors’ denial as his excuse not to discipline his player. It is “killing two birds with one stone”. He protects Foster on one hand and denies the case on the other hand. He says Foster remains with the team and will participate in its offseason program. The Associated Press is not naming the woman because it generally does not identify alleged victims of sexual assault. Maybe the case will not be hotly debated as much as Roethlisberger, for it has been put down at the beginning. What the hell the truth is? Well, only the parties can tell for there is a mirror which can reflect the case in their heart.

He is suspend

Posted by wuqiongfei | 22 Apr, 2010, 02:18
You have to pay for what you have done. A few days ago, the hotly debated case about Roethlisberger’s sexual assault on a 20-year-old college student was solved. The result is Roethlisberger is still not charged. This result must make many guys including his fans feel unfair. He has done the bad deed. But why doesn’t get some deserved punishment? It is really not an authoritative answer to the public. Well, the NFL where he plays with has done something to punish him for the fake of the team itself. The NFL cracked down on one of its stars Wednesday, suspending Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger for not just a few games but the first six of the season, even though he avoided sexual assault charges in Georgia. What do you think of the punishment? Is it enough or not, I mean the so-called suspension? The two-time Super Bowl winner was banned without pay for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy and was ordered to undergo a “comprehensive behavioral evaluation by professionals.” It is humiliating for Roethlisberger to get such kind of punishment. But, he has to do something to clear his sins. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell handed down the punishment a week after prosecutors decided not to charge Roethlisberger in a case involving a 20-year-old college student who accused him of sexually assaulting her in a Milledgeville, Ga., nightclub last month. Prosecutors did not charge Roethlisberger, well, Roger Goodell, the NFL leader has the right to give him some punishment. If the case is just over like this, how can NFL face many NFL fans? I do think Goodell is wise to take this action.  “I recognize that the allegations in Georgia were disputed and that they did not result in criminal charges being filed against you,” Goodell said in his letter to the six-year veteran.“My decision today is not based on a finding that you violated Georgia law, or on a conclusion that differs from that of the local prosecutor. That said, you are held to a higher standard as an NFL player, and there is nothing about your conduct in Milledgeville that can remotely be described as admirable, responsible, or consistent with either the values of the league or the expectations of our fans.”Goodell said team offseason activities were off limits to the quarterback until he completes the evaluation and is cleared by the league to rejoin the Steelers.“Your conduct raises sufficient concerns that I believe effective intervention now is the best step for your personal and professional welfare,” Goodell wrote.Trade rumors immediately swirled, and while the Steelers declined to address the speculation, they were privately weighing whether they should consider dealing their franchise quarterback for a Top 10 draft pick if one were offered. When some big head have done something, rumors are goanna spreading quickly. That is the power of media. Sitting out all six games would cost Roethlisberger an estimated $2.8 million of his $102 million total deal, though the penalty could be shortened to four games for good behavior. See, even though Roethlisberger did not get some direct fine, what he gets is indirect penalty. It is in a way some kind of penalty. Roethlisberger is the first player suspended by Goodell under the conduct policy that hasn’t been arrested or charged with a crime. See, he is so special that even Goodell suspended him in person. In a way, he is “honored” to accept the suspension. Roethlisberger also is being sued by a woman who accused him of raping her at a Lake Tahoe hotel-casino in 2008. He denied the allegation and wasn’t charged.“In your six years in the NFL, you have first thrilled and now disappointed a great many people,” Goodell wrote. “I urge you to take full advantage of this opportunity to get your life and career back on track.” Goodell said the league’s conduct policy gave him the right to impose discipline regardless of whether Roethlisberger broke the law. Goodell is brave and decisive. No matter how wonderful the player he is goanna suspending is, he will do what he should do. It is his right and responsibilities. Before acting, Goodell said he interviewed Roethlisberger on April 13 and talked to current and former players and the players’ union. He also reviewed information from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and Milledgeville police and talked privately with Georgia district attorney Fred Bright. In addition, Goodell said he listened to recommendations from the quarterback’s representatives, and took into account information learned by the NFL office regarding the alleged assault. From this, we can say Roethlisberger has prepared a lot before making the big decision. He is so scrupulous. Meanwhile, Pennsylvania state trooper Ed Joyner can no longer work as a personal assistant to Roethlisberger because he was present when the alleged assault took place. Roethlisberger’s case has made his personal assistant leave him. So, he really has lost a lot due to his impulsion.

another sexual case happens

Posted by wuqiongfei | 21 Apr, 2010, 01:56
There is always something happening in NFL. Well, the hotly debated case of Ben Roethlisberger just calms down. Another similar case appears. It can not be called gossip any more of similar case happens in different person some times. Maybe it has something related with NFL overall image and players’ overall personal conduct. Thus, I think NFL needs some rectification. A 22-year-old hotel receptionist has filed a lawsuit against Indianapolis Colts defensive tackle Eric Foster, claiming he sexually assaulted her in his room before the AFC Championship game in January. See, another NFL player has been involved in sexual assault. I am just confused why there player choose to lure other girls. They must get their own wife or girlfriend. The complaint accuses Foster of luring the woman into his room at the University Place Hotel in Indianapolis on Jan. 24 before the Colts played the New York Jets under the pretense that there was a maintenance problem. See, he even lured the women and sexually assaulted her. I can not say he is bad or something else if the case is true. At least he is immoral. If the case is just a gossip, how would a woman take the risk of ruining her fame? Once she was in his room, Foster exposed himself to the woman, touched and groped her, and forced the woman to “engage in deviate sexual acts,” the complaint alleges. He is so immoral to do the dirty thing. I bet his fans must feel disappointed and look down upon him. Anyway, what he has done is really unacceptable. In the suit, which was filed April 13 in Marion County Circuit Court and seeks unspecified damages, the woman accuses Foster of sexual assault, battery, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress. According to the complaint, there may be too much punishment for Foster. The total charges are enough to put him in jail. Colts spokesman Craig Kelley declined to comment Tuesday. Foster’s agent Joby Branion and his attorney Jim Voyles did not return calls seeking comment. The woman’s attorney, April Board, also did not return messages seeking comment Tuesday. The woman decided to sue Foster after prosecutors declined to file charges against him. It seems the woman is so tough, but I am afraid she can not get what she wants. Anyway, she is just a common person while Foster is a public guy and the most important thing is he gets a stable background. The woman, who is a student at Indiana University-Purdue University in Indianapolis, filed a report with IUPUI police after the alleged assault. The Associated Press is not naming the woman because it generally does not identify alleged victims of sexual assault. See, she is a student. Student is usually relatively naïve. What she thinks about is simple. Things will not go on in her way. Campus police interviewed the woman and Foster and reviewed surveillance videos and the alleged crime scene, said IUPUI spokesman Rich Schneider. The hotel is located on campus property.Barbara Crawford, chief of the Marion County prosecutor’s office’s criminal charging division, said a detective from IUPUI’s police department turned over his report on the alleged assault to her staff in February to weigh possible charges. She said she and several staff members reviewed the officer’s report and decided not to file criminal charges against Foster. “We reviewed it and we made a determination that we could not file charges,” she said. “There was not sufficient factual information to allow us to go forward with criminal charges.” It is absurd that Foster is not charged. Some excuses always can be found to protect NFL player. No matter what the result is, we just wait and see what the result is.

hope they have a wonderful performance

McNabb has experienced an unsteady period when he can not decide where to go and play. Well, he goes back to NFL Philadelphia on Sunday, Oct. 4, the fourth week of the schedule and the first week with byes. “It’s a competitive schedule to measure ourselves against some of the top teams in the National Football League,” NFL Redskins coach Mike Shanahan said. “It is flattering to open the season on national television on Sunday night and to also play three prime-time games and five national broadcasts in our first nine games.” Redskins coach Mike is so modest to say this. He also wants to take the opportunity and do their best to take the challenge. For them, it is not easy to meet with the great opportunity. It is so valuable. Other featured matchups include the Giants at the Colts as the prime-time Sunday game in Week 2, the second meeting between Peyton Manning and younger brother Eli; the almost-annual Colts-Patriots game, in Week 11 at New England; Dallas at Arizona on Christmas night, a Saturday; and the double dose of Brett Favre vs. the Packers, if the 40-year-old quarterback returns to Minnesota: Sunday night, Oct. 24 at Lambeau, and Nov. 21 at Minneapolis.Julius Peppers, the highest-profile free agent this year, will return to Carolina with his new team when the Bears play the Panthers in Week 5. His return is a great for the team. I hope he will have a wonderful performance in the team. In addition to Shanahan’s first game coaching the Redskins, the debuts of the two other new head coaches will have Pete Carroll’s Seahawks hosting San Francisco, and Chan Gailey’s Bills at home against Miami. The Rams, who hold the first pick in Thursday’s draft, open at home against Arizona. For the first time since the Sunday night game moved to NBC in 2006, the network’s schedule won’t skip a week during the World Series. One of the season’s most intriguing matchups, the Steelers at the Saints on Oct. 31, is poised to go up against Game 4. Major League Baseball chief operating officer Bob DuPuy declined comment.NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said: “We’ve built a great franchise in Sunday Night Football and we agreed with NBC that it made sense to play a full season of Sunday night games without taking a week off.”Hope all the teams have best performance in the following playoff.

the team has been more qualified

Posted by wuqiongfei | 21 Apr, 2010, 00:35
It is known to all that New Orleans Saints is the champion in the last Super Bowl. Well, since the team won the title, it becomes more famous. More and more NFL guys tend to pay more attention to the team. Since they have been the winner, they have more qualification to say something or do something. Now, they are goanna hosting the Minnesota Vikings in the NFL season opener. New Orleans Saints will get an early test when they host the Minnesota Vikings in the NFL season opener, a rematch of their thrilling NFC championship game decided in overtime. For Saints, it is absolutely a golden opportunity to show their skills in playing and some spirit in teamwork. I do believe they will take it serious. That nationally televised game will be Thursday night, Sept. 9. New Orleans won its first conference title by beating Minnesota 31-28 on a 40-yard field goal by Garrett Hartley 4:45 into overtime. The Saints went on to defeat the Indianapolis Colts 31-17 in the Super Bowl. “I can’t imagine it being anymore charged than the last time we were down there,” Vikings coach Brad Childress said Tuesday night. “That’s always a great, hostile environment to play in.” From what he said, we can feel some sense of complaint. Maybe Vikings have something unsatisfied in their heart. I just hope they will never take that kind of unpleasant feeling into playing. That must have some influence in their performing. The Saints also will play at Dallas on Thanksgiving Day; the Cowboys handed New Orleans its first defeat after 13 victories last season. In an effort to make late-season games more meaningful and avoid teams sitting out regulars once they have clinched a playoff berth, the NFL set up all intradivision matchups for the final Sunday, Jan. 2. That adjustment caused much of the delay in the release of the schedule this year; it normally is announced in early April or before.Indianapolis begins its 2010 schedule at Houston on the first full day of the season, Sept. 12. Another highlight that Sunday will be the regular-season debut of the new Meadowlands Stadium, with Carolina at the New York Giants. The next night, Baltimore is at the New York Jets in the same venue, followed by San Diego at Kansas City in what has become a traditional Monday night doubleheader to kick off the season. Two games will be played abroad: Denver vs. San Francisco in London on Oct. 31, and Chicago vs. Buffalo in Toronto the following Sunday, Nov. 7.“Our Toronto fans will have the opportunity to see us play against one of the most storied franchises in NFL history,” Bills owner Ralph Wilson said, “with Brian Urlacheranchoring the Bears’ defense and Jay Cutler one of the most exciting quarterbacks in the game today, leading their offense.”The Jets also will host the Thanksgiving night game, against Cincinnati. Also on that holiday, New England visits Detroit.Donovan McNabb’s first game as Redskins quarterback will be against a familiar foe: Dallas. The Cowboys visit Washington in the Sunday night game on Sept. 12.

special skills and public image, which is more important?

Posted by wuqiongfei | 20 Apr, 2010, 03:22
The youth tend to take some celebrities including some singers, film stars and even some sports men as their idols. It is their special skills that have attracted these youthful children. Now that they are to be set up as an example, their image is related with the public. They are not just themselves. Their one step may have big influence on their fans. So, in my opinion, it is not just their certain accomplishment that conquers their fans. It is the personalities that make sure they are popular for a long time. It is common that some celebrities become hit suddenly. Applauds and flowers are flooding to him. But he may lose everything one night. I am not fond of taking someone as my fan unless he or she is unique and attractive in personality. What I want to appreciate is personality attraction but not some shallow appearance. I think, apart from me, many other fans think the same way. Time tells everything. Roethlisberger was practicing for the first time this spring; NFL commissioner Roger Goodell was telling a radio audience Monday that the quarterback violated the NFL’s personal-conduct policy with his “pattern of behavior” and “bad judgments.” It is known to all that what the case is about. Roethlisberger was accused of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old college student in a Georgia nightclub last month, although he will not face criminal charges. Roethlisberger does face disciplinary action by the NFL, including a likely suspension, following the release of documents outlining tawdry behavior by the two-time Super Bowl winner. The case has been investigated for a long time and the result is so surprising and “reasonable”. The surprising point lies in where he is not charged; and the “reasonable” lies in he is a NFL star and can not be charged. “The issue here is with respect to a pattern of behavior and bad judgments,” Goodell said on the Dan Patrick radio show. “You do not have to be convicted or even charged with a crime to be able to demonstrate that you’ve violated a personal-conduct policy, and reflect poorly not only on themselves, but all of their teammates, every NFL player in the league, and everyone associated with the NFL. That is what my concern is, and I have expressed that directly to Ben, obviously, and I’ll be making a decision as soon as I possibly can.”  Form what he said, we can feel that Goodell is trying to protect his player. Even if there is some punishment like suspensions and other punishment, he did not get what he should get. The Steelers are anticipating a suspension lasting as many as four games that could be announced next week. Goodell also could issue a conditional suspension, much as he did in the Michael Vick case, in which the length of punishment isn’t determined for months.Even if he is suspended, Roethlisberger could practice and take part in preseason games. The Steelers didn’t take action against Roethlisberger themselves to avoid a possible appeal from the players’ union. However, several players said the club outlined to them, during a Monday meeting with coach Mike Tomlin, a newly adopted zero-tolerance policy in which unacceptable player conduct will be dealt with harshly and swiftly. In what apparently was the first case of the rule being implemented, former Super Bowl MVP Santonio Holmes was traded to the Jets for a fifth-round draft pick last week following a series of problems.“We were told early this morning that either you get in line or you’ll get kicked out of line. You’re going to be traded or you’re not going to be here,” right tackle Willie Colon said. “If your conduct is going to play a part in you not being a good football player, they’re going to get rid of you.”Roethlisberger also is being sued by a different woman who says he raped her in 2008 at a Lake Tahoe hotel-casino. Roethlisberger denies the accusation and was not charged. The NFL is not considering that case while weighing its punishment. While his teammates realize they might start the season without the quarterback who led them to four double-digit win seasons the past six seasons, most are supporting him. None publicly rebuked him.“He’s a fun guy, likes to joke around and have a good time. He’s easy to get along with. I’ve never had any problems with him,” defensive end Aaron Smith said. “Like a big kid, kind of, hanging out.”Several were confused by the latest accusations, which they said don’t mesh with the Roethlisberger they know.“It’s not as if Ben is just some crazy (guy), an enemy or just a person who’s so terrible,” said wide receiver Antwaan Randle El, who rejoined the Steelers after four seasons with Washington. “We’re dealing with it, we have dealt with it and we’re moving on. It’s better now certainly than during the season.”Randle El also said, “Some of us have had the same situations, they just didn’t come to light. We can’t point the finger at everyone.” He did not elaborate.Colon, who reportedly accompanied Roethlisberger on the trip to Georgia, declined to discuss any details but defended his friend.“I know Ben’s a standup guy, I know he’s learned from his mistakes,” Colon said. “I’m going to stand behind him and we’re going to move on.”While some Steelers fans are calling for Roethlisberger to be traded, Smith can’t imagine why the team wouldn’t want to keep him.“Wouldn’t you?” Smith said. “The man’s a great quarterback. I mean he comes out there and he wins games. And that’s what we’re in the business of doing, winning games.”

it is common that the case happens in NFL

NFL is like a small world where fresh things happen every day. Before one case is resolved, the other case happens. I bet there is even no time for NFL head to react or resolve the case. I have been used to the current situation of NFL. It may surprise me if it is as quiet as the lake one day. Browns running back Chris Jennings has been released from jail while authorities determine whether to file charges over allegations he hit a bouncer outside a Cleveland nightclub. It is so unfair that he is just released from jail without any charging. Jennings was arrested early Saturday morning.John O’Brien, a spokesman with the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Department, says Jennings is accused of punching the bouncer in the mouth because he refused to allow Jennings’ friend inside without proper attire. In the field, everyone is playing for his team’s benefit. So, it is unavoidable that someone is injured or hurt. Sometimes, it is not on purpose. But, sometimes it is personal if someone breaks the game rules.  O’Brien says the case has been turned over to the county prosecutor’s office. It will determine whether to file an assault charge. This kind of case is normal. Browns general manager Tom Heckert says the team is aware of the situation and that it won’t comment until it has all pertinent information. It’s not clear whether Jennings has an attorney. But, I guess he may get an attorney debate for him. He will not admit his mistake.

it is not easy to repick up his fame again,

A celebrity may become famous a night over.  Well, he may lose his fame at one night too. Once he has lost his fame, it is not easy to get it back. It is just water poured on the ground, which can not be picked up any more. Some celebrities just can not realize the importance of fame and do anything he likes. For them, money is not the stuff they are in shortage. What they need is challenge and passion. They may indulge themselves in drug, smuggling or sexual cases. You know, something is goanna be discovered sooner or later if one has done it. When this time comes, he has to pay for what he has done. No matter what the result is, he has to face the music. There likely won’t be much reaction from his teammates, who have seen the highest-paid player in franchise history go through this routine countless times in games and practices since 2004. It is all about Roethlisberger and his sexual case these days. There will be countless questions. For the Steelers, the most pressing is this: Who will be taking snaps in September? This is what that troubles the team. Anyway, everything has to move on no matter what has happened. The Steelers return to the practice field Monday for the first time since their 9-7 record wasn’t good enough to get them into the playoffs. Roethlisberger is expected to be among them, one week to the day since prosecutors decided not to charge him after a college student accused him of sexual assault. Roethlisberger’s case has influenced his team too much including training and practice. He has direct responsibilities on his team and his teammates. While there won’t be a criminal proceeding that could have disrupted the NFL Steelers before, during or after the season, the fallout from Roethlisberger’s latest off-the-field problem and its impact on a team that regularly contends for championships could be long-lasting. First, Roethlisberger must try to win back his teammates’ support— something team president Art Rooney II said probably can’t be achieved in a day, a week or a month. It’s not just ownership that is running out of patience with an athlete who can’t seem to dodge missteps, the very player—the high-priced quarterback and proven winner—who is most expected to be a leader.“He’s going to have to work very hard to rehabilitate his image,” Rooney said. “There’s no question that it’s taken a hit and we’ve told him it’s going to be a long journey back and he’s going to have to be up to meeting the challenge.”Second, it is very likely Roethlisberger won’t line up under center when the Steelers open the season. The question is whether he will be suspended by the NFL for four games, two games or one. Or if there will be counseling and rehabilitation involved. The punishment is likely to be determined by Commissioner Roger Goodell next week, following this week’s three-day draft.By waiting for the NFL to work out a penalty for violating the league’s personal conduct policy that is acceptable to the team, the options for appeal are far more limited than if the Steelers had acted themselves.“There were a lot of pieces to the puzzle that probably prevent us from moving ahead on our own at this point,” Rooney said.No matter how many games Roethlisberger is out, the Steelers must prepare someone else to take his place—third-year quarterback Dennis Dixon, who has started only one game, or longtime backup Charlie Batch. That means more practice time for someone other than Roethlisberger and an altered routine during training camp. What they have decided to do is right, for team is the most important thing. When something happens, there would be someone who can replace him. In a way, they are smart. “We don’t necessarily have a backup plan at this time,” Coach Mike Tomlin said. “We’ll let the process run its course and kind of make decisions from there.”If Roethlisberger is suspended, the Steelers would have to get him back to game speed quickly once he returned, and with a season already under way. That could mean longer in-season practices devoted to Roethlisberger getting the work he needs to be game-ready.There is likely to be resentment in the locker room, too, whether it’s stated or not, from teammates who are simply worn out with the Roethlisberger-created disruptions. This is the third time in four years it’s happened, and even the most patient of players must be wondering when they will stop.In 2006, Roethlisberger crashed his motorcycle four months after winning the Super Bowl, and the Steelers subsequently missed the playoffs. Last year, he was accused of sexual assault in Nevada not long before training camp began—and, again, the Steelers missed the playoffs the season after winning the Super Bowl. That suit remains unresolved. Roethlisberger has done more than one bad deed that has influenced his team and his playoff. That’s a pattern that Rooney hinted the Steelers can no longer follow.“I don’t want to get into hypotheticals about what we might do next,” Rooney said. “The most important thing is that Ben stays committed to doing what he has to do to uphold his end of the bargain.”It starts Monday. When it ends, the Steelers can only begin to guess.
